measures won't unroll
When I add measures to the main score of a song I'm working on they appear rolled up. I can add notes to the first bar then the rest disappear until I add another note that crosses the bar line, at which point the next measure appears but the remainder stay hidden. This has happened before on an irregular basis. Any idea what's causing it and how to fix it?

You have probably enabled multi-measure rests (UK = multibar rests}. Toggle this feature ON and OFF with the keystroke M.
