shared file not opening
I have several files I'm trying to open that were made with musescore and shared with me. I have the app downloaded on my computer but it says it doesn't support it. Any suggestions?

Please provide some additional information.
Which MuseScore version was used by the creator and which version do you use?
How do you share it? Via musescore.com or e.g. by mail or Dropbox?
Maybe a sample file will shed some more light ...
BTW: the question would have belonged in the "Support and bug reports" section.
