Sharing or submitting a palette
I was wondering if it is possible to share a palette with the community, or maybe submit it for possible inclusion in the default palettes? I have compiled a palette for bowed strings, which I believe, might be of general interest.

Sure, just add it to a post along with an explanation. A palette library would be good idea. Here are a few I have played with previously (some might be too old to work in MS4):
