Cannot open Musescore 4 on Mac

I am on Macos Ventura 13.0.1 on an M1 macbook air and I just installed Musehub and Musescore 4, but when I click Musescore 4 to open it says 'The application "MuseScore 4" can't be opened.' I have restarted my laptop multiple times but to no avail.
It's probably something that I'm doing wrong because I haven't found someone else who had the same problem.
*I do not have any older versions installed, this is my first time installing Musescore and Musehub on this mac

*****It worked, just had to download Musescore without Musehub.
