PitchFix Effect Causing Delay

I'm using the MuseFX PitchFix in order to change the pitch of the bass drum in my score (it makes it sound a lot better if it's the correct note), but for some reason it's causing the note to be played exactly one 32nd after it's supposed to be played. I placed a 32nd note before the actual hit, turned on the metronome, played it, and it lined up perfectly where the original hit should've been.

Tempo doesn't affect it either. No matter the tempo it's always one 32nd late (I have quarter note = 158, and quarter note = 170 in my score and the notes in both tempos were always played a 32nd note late).

Could someone fix this?
