Measure numbering at bottom of page
We should definitely be able to put measure numbers below all staves. Why is there even an option to put it below my flute section and above the oboes?

There is an option. In fact, there are several options. Look at Format >Style >Measure numbers (or Bar numbers). I will say, though, there might be a bug here in that I adjust the X offset to avoid touching the barlines but the file reverts to default on re-opening.
