Missing Titlebar and Minimise/Maximise/Close buttons

I am using Musescore 4 on a Windows dual monitor setup.
The main window shows up without a Titlebar or Minimise/Maximise/Close buttons (see screenshot). That means I can't move it to the monitor I want it on, and the only way to see the desktop behind it is to close it down - hardly a viable workaround.
Is this a design feature, bug, or an errant setting somewhere?

Known issue. Meanwhile, press F11 to enable moving to/from the second monitor.

In Windows taskbar settings, set 'Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode' to 'On'.

Mm, interesting. After pressing F11 (thanks for that, by the way), the entire title bar appears, including buttons, and remains when full-screened - and after a restart.
