Microtone functionality

Whenever I look in the "Accidentals" palette, there are all these microtonal notations, but none of them work like how all the other ones do, and it'd be nice to be able to use them. From what I know, all that would need to be done is to have it so the half sharp tunes things +0.50 cents, three quartertone sharps would tune +1.5, and five quartertone sharps would be 2.5. The flats would do the same, but negative instead of positive.

While it's possible to do by hand, it's much more frustrating and cumbersome then to have it as a feature.
