Scores Won't Delete
Whenever I save a score to the cloud, and then delete it on the website, it stays in the new and recent scores page of the program. Whenever I try to click on them it says that I don't have access to them. I can't find a file on my computer labeled iCloud scores, so I don't know what to do. How do I get rid of them?

This is simply the list of recently used files - they are just links. If you delete a score, MuseScore does not have this information.
You can wait and open more scores so that the deleted scores move to the bottom of the list and eventually disappear. Or you can use "File -> Open recent-> Clear recent files". But beware: This will delete all links to scores in this list!
