Where is the autosave folder?

I was orchestrating a piano piece with two windows open, when the window with the orchestration (which I had not saved yet, silly me...) crashed. Incidentally, with two windows open, the reopen last session option would not appear. Where would I find the file needed to redeem the work I had done?
OS: macOS Catalina (10.15.7)
Version: Musescore 4.2.0 without Muse Hub
