No Musescore 4 for MacOS High sierra 10.13.8?

Is it possible to get a working version of Musescore 4 for MacOS High Sierra 10.13.8?
As for now I am stuck on Musescore 3, because the iOS11 is required. Why? Especially many people who dont have much money use musescore instead of some commercial program, and now I am forced to buy a new computer to use Musescore 4? (I guess the same applies for Windows)
