Musescore Ruining Progress
I'd been working on an arrangement for months. I have a horrible wifi provider but it works. Anyways, Musecore had been crashing, but the resume progress thing that you see when Musescore crashes shows up. It crashed, but this time the whole computer shut off. When I went back to Musescore, the resume progress showed up, so I clicked it. It took me to a piece that barely had any of the work I had completed in the last few days. Just like that, countless hours of work gone. Is there anyway I can recover these saves?

Go to the folder where you downloaded musescore, you can find it from there. If you can't find it, you can't do it :(

you to!
im sad for this:(
Do you see a folder .msbackup among the usual MuseScore folders? I think that by default it's a hidden file, so you may need to tell your computer's operating system to "Show hidden files". There is a chance that you might find a backup file there (you will need to rename the file to remove the trailing tilde character ~):
Failing that, try searching your complete hard disk or SSD for files with a suffix of .mscz
