Accidental Transposition

Hello,

I am working on two orchestral pieces that contain the same melody in the same key, at the same pitch, in two different scores, both in concert pitch, but one score is playing back two semitones higher than the other. Have I accidentally transposed a whole score, and if so how do I undo it?
