Wider range of playback speed please. (down to ~1%)

I am super amateur and super out of practice, trying to get into shape. And was trying to use playback at 10% speed with piano keyboard shown as hint. But 10% is still way to fast if I want to follow unfamiliar melody. Can you add option for even slower playback? Like 1% or even fractions of %.
