Music background

I used to be able to select which background music (Church organ &c) I wished for rehearsing musescore music
I now have voice (not words) background only.
How can I get back to the old church music?

Can anybody help me with this problem. I want to click on the first note of the music I have written and have Musescore play that piece on Church Organ. I was able to do this when I first started learning Musescore but it no longer works all I get is Multivoice ahhing.
