Transposing
I'm trying to transpose about 2,000 measures of a score from Oboe to Soprano Sax. I've coped it all note for note into Musescore and I used the "Replace Instrument" feature to swap it from Oboe to Soprano. Unfortunately, when I went back to double check its work it seems like it only accurately did the first two pages... It swapped key signatures for most of the score but kept the notes the exact same. Is there a better way to go about transposing it all or must I do it by hand?

Enter it all as one instrument, preferably an instrument in C (such as the typical oboe). Then right-click on a measure and select Stave/Part properties and click on the Replace instrument button. Choose your "destination" instrument, click on OK. If that isn't working, please post the score before and after your changes.
