Moving text and notes all together to other measures.

I can't believe there's no way to move e.g. some notes and some text notations like letter A or B for part indication, or comments, or lyrics, etc. ALL TOGETHER to previous or to subsequent measures. As far as I know, you can only move notes firstly and then you have to move each text one by one to each note or measure. This can be VERY cumbersome if you have many text items to move with its correspondant notes or measures! I think that many of us have several songs in the same score and that is frequent to change their order.
