Error with pitching wood block.

Before I updated MuseScore to the latest version I created a composition using specifically pitch wood blocks with the piano function. This worked fine until I updated MuseScore to the latest version, now if I use the piano function to pitch the wood blocks it doesn't produce a note it produces other random percussion sounds. This also applied to the existing notes in my composition.
Is there anyway I can reverse the update on MuseScore? And was this an intended change in the update?
