How to delete an unwanted score in it's entirety

Same way as you delete any file. On my system, I use my file manager (not MuseScore), select the file and press [Shift][Del]. On your system there will be some other way of permanently deleting a file.
On your own PC as explained above:

Online on musescore.com:
a) on musescore.com, go to "My Scores", find the score to delete
b) open the unwanted score on its own web page
c) from the "3 dots" menu beside the score title, choose "Delete this score"
d) read the warning "This action cannot be undone", press "Delete" if you are really sure
