There are a number of ways to adjust the spacing between notes. Which is best for your application depends on what you are trying to achieve.

Here are two simple options

1. Select everything with CTRL A and use keyboard shortcut } to increase the stretch.

2. Go to Format>Style>Measurers (or Bars in UK localisation) and adjust the spacing ratio.
