Instrument names in Mixer do not match the Score's names

When you edit an instrument's name, the Mixer does not match it: it mantains its default name.

How to replicate:
1) Create a new score or open an already exixsting one
2) Edit an instrument's name
3) Open the Mixer: the instrument names are not matching anymore, and the Mixer still has the default name
