IT DOESN'T PLAY THE SONG

So i am a laptop user and recently muescore playing feature doesnt work to me. So I play others music right? And when i press play, nothing happened. This has been happening for 3 MONTHS so uhh how to fix this?

If you attach your problem score (the .mscz file) here on this thread, someone might be able to help.
Use the Choose a file button to attach you score.
