It's not very clear from that picture but I am guessing you want cancelling accidentals at a key change. Musescore supports three different conventions. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/key-signatures#key-sig-style
A larger sample of the score would help.
This looks like you are changing key signature from D (two sharps) to F (one flat)?
If so, on the menu go to Format / Style / Accidentals / [natural sign] in key signature. Either the second or third option in that section will give you this. Choose based on how you want it to display elsewhere.
