poco rit and poco accel
It would be useful to have a way to edit rit, accel and rall to modify their effect in a particular instance. Adding poco rit and poco accel to the pallet would be very nice.
Another useful addition would be rubato.

Also, you can add a rit., selecting it, and changing its text to poco rit. in the Text tab of the Properties panel.
