zip opens but file corrupted

Hi, I tried to work on one of my scores today but it wouldn't open because the file was "corrupted". I zipped the file to make sure it contains any content at all so I could decide whether to try and open it or not. The zip file says it does but the mscz file says it contains 0 bytes. How do I fix this? (if possible)
