Dynamics for different hands...?

but there is no playback setting for it [ image 2 ]
it only exists in musescore 3 [ image 3 ]
please help

Unfortunately, this is not yet implemented in MuS 4.
In the meantime, use two pianos (I assume you mean piano with left and right hand) and delete the bass system in the first and the treble system in the second. Then you have two instruments and can use different dynamic settings. It will look exactly the same on the sheet, except that the instrument name will be written twice. But you can delete one.
