Manual System Break Icon Location
I really would like to change the positioning of the system break icon, depending on what score you're working on it is really not in the best of places considering it is supposed to break the two system below it instead of that it seems attached to.

Two comments:
1. The System Break is placed above the staff, where it generally does not collide with any other elements. Your suggested placement risks collision with other notation elements on the staff.
2. Changing the default placement would confuse the thousands off existing MuseScore users who expect to see the System Break above the staff.
Think of it breaking between two adjacent measures, rather than between two systems. The system break is breaking after the measure it is attached to. Elements in MuS are attached to individual notes/rests or measures. Never to systems. (I think :-)
