Refunding Charges

My credit card has been getting charged for the past few YEARS for 29.99 each year and I don't know which account my card is being linked to. My current account has no billing history and it shows pro-account as INACTIVE. Maybe some time ago another account was made and my card was added--I can't remember. So is there anyway that, with the credit card information, one can back track to see which account it is being linked to so that I can cancel it.
