It depends... By "cancel" you presumably mean "delete"?
If you saved the score on your own PC, then you use your computer's operating system to delete the file. On Windows you would use File Explorer. The MuseScore notation editor does not have any command to delete files: it's much safer that way!
If you saved the score online (Publish to musescore.com or Save to cloud), then you need to log on to musescore.com using a web browser.
- From the dropdown menu beside your profile icon (top right), choose "My Scores"
- Search to locate the score you want to delete, and open that score on its own web page
- Use the "3 dots" menu to the far right of the score title to open the menu choices
- Choose "Delete this score"
