Adding Parts

I just downloaded Musescore Studio 4.3.1, and am unable to add parts to music. Looking at the attached file for "Candlelight Carol," you can see that I've added violin and accordion on the left side for the instruments, but those parts aren't showing up on the manuscript. I need help please. Thanks.
