Shifting Barline when Adding or Deleting Text

1. Download and open the attached file.
2. Click on the "to Oboe" text in bar 26.
3. Edit the text. You can delete it, add to it, whatever.
4. If you have the same problem I'm experiencing, the barline at bar 31 will move. I suspect it's because of the instrument change text in bar 30, but regardless, this shouldn't be happening.

I'm using MS 4.3.1 on Mac Sonoma 14.5.
