When i open my music 3 times it goes out of tune.

Yes, When i open a project 3 times it goes out of tune.

What is happening with the tune and how to fix it? I am trying to make a musescore project but it went out of tune and it was a concert and i saved it with tuning correctly but every 3rd time i open it it goes out of tune.

So what happened and why?
