401 Authorization Required Error Message

I have had issues trying to save a particular score to the Cloud. Initially, it didn't want to save due to 'problems' in the score that didn't really exist. It told me that in measures 11, 12, 13, and 14, it thought that there was a different time signature where it was supposed to be 4/4, when in reality I had written everything in 4/4 correctly. It would look normal on the whole score, but the only issue was in the Alto Sax part specifically, when that part was pulled up separately. To get around this, I just copy/pasted the whole alto part into Sopranino Sax, which worked, but now I have a new error message. It says it won't upload to the Cloud because of a 401 error message, 'Authorization required'. I don't know what it means by that or how to fix it.
