Trills are behaving wildly

I recently made a published a new score but the trills are buggy. In measure 14, the grace notes don't even play, and the F note right after it in bar 15 doesn't even sound out as well. Worse, in bar 20, the trill is supposed to affect the E semibreve note, but it affects the G and B-flat, which sounds so horrible and the trill becomes like three times slower because of the fermata. Lastly, the F note in the next bar doesn't play. Is there anything that i can do to avoid this? Or is it a bug
