How to write tuplets higher than 9?

Triplets, quadruplets, etc. are pretty clear.

Is there a way to write 10, 11, 12, 20 notes per beat? (I am using MuseScore 3, older version)

Also, is there a way in MuseScore 3 to write a cadenza bar, where the amount of beats would not matter? To make a measure a cadenza measure where one can fit as many notes as needed for a cadenza.
