select line
Using MuseScore Studio, I wish to select a line in a score. For example, the oboe line in a band score. How do I do that? I have used multiple AI chats and other online resources to find this answer. None work.
Most folks do a lot of work on the front end of a score, and it surprises me there are no options to simply and quickly select a line in a score without jumping through several hoops. Please assume I have tried 90-95% of the suggestions you will provide. None work. Perhaps, I am missing something very obvious.
In the meantime, I will create a custom shortcut, but this seems like something that should be a basic short key or single mouse click.

What do mean by "select a line". Do you want to select the whole of the oboe part? Or just the first system? Whatever, click on the first note in your desired selection and then Shift + Click on the last note.
