Test results of bowed string instruments from different brands of paid libraries in Muse Hub
Hello everyone
I hope that at least someone has already tried one or more of the paid sound libraries of bowed string instruments available in Muse Hub. I would like to hear your opinion on these libraries. What do you think of them? How would you rate them compared to Muse Strings? By the way, please note that Muse Strings weighs 5.46 GB, while for example CineStrings weighs only 795.17 MB! I wonder why there is such a big difference? It would seem that in paid libraries, the user should expect something more advanced, because that's why they are paid. And, accordingly, logically, such paid libraries would have to weigh much more than free libraries. But in fact, for some reason, the opposite is true.
Unfortunately, I cannot purchase any of these libraries because my region is not available for this. But I am terribly interested in getting information about this, because I am very interested in advanced sound, and nevertheless I will look for workarounds to purchase the libraries I need. I am specifically interested in the articulation and technique of détaché (which is very important to me). Here I have already covered this topic in more detail (you can read it) and gave examples of how terrible violins sound in cases where détaché is required, not legato.
That's why I ask you to share your opinion and, if possible, attach some evidence of your arguments (video demonstrations, sound recordings, etc.). I will be glad to hear from you)
