VST Plugin showing blank window after update from to 4.4

Hi. I was opening a file I worked in previously in version 4.3.2 after update, and I had a VST plugin TX16Wx that is now showing a blank window and not playing any sounds (see attached screenshot).
I have tried other VST plugin called SINE in the same file and that one is displaying and sounding correctly upon playback.

I have tried reinstalling the plugin and I get the same result, although I don't know if there is a specific way of uninstalling the plugin first for a fresh reinstall.
