Add Change Color option to Instruments panel

Perhaps a good way to make projects with many instruments more organized during work is the option to change the color of the instrument's staff for clarity.

I've attached a sort of rough sketch of what a potential "Change Color" button would look like on the instruments panel, as well as what a potential color change might entail. In the example, the instrument families are colored the same.

Obviously, it's purely cosmetic, but let me know what you think of the idea.
