Transposition of clefs?
Can sheet music easily been converted/transcribed from bass clef to treble clef easily?

Yes:
Step 1. Select the Bass clef symbol in the first system.
Step 2. Open the Clefs palette.
Step 3. Click the Treble clef symbol in the palette.

... and it's likely (but not certain) that you'll want to adjust the octave. Press Ctrl+A to Select All, then press Ctrl+Up (or Ctrl+Down) as necessary to move all notes up (or down) by octaves.
