lyric extensio line not working MuseScore 4

My computer is a Lenovo Yoga. My keyboars is QWERTY.
I have opened Microsoft Word and find that my underscore works fine there.
I have searched for an answer online and nothing fixes the problem.
Tried with no success;
Shift key and - key
Ctrl key and - key

It just jumps to next word
