Creating Large Time Signatures That Span Multiple Instruments

Hello All!
I'm trying to make a professional copyist score for an ensemble that's being recorded and conducted and want to have the time signature appear once in each instrument group, and have it appear large across 2/3 instruments in that group, like the picture attached and as is conventional in these circumstances. What is the best method for this?
