Xylophone won't make any noise

After the repeat, the xylophone just stops making noise. This has happened before with a Tam-Tam, so I don't know if this an issue with the application or my computer.

I don't know why this is happening, but if you remove the "large - mallets, ordinary" line in measure 16, the xylophone will come back. Seems to be a bug.
EDIT : And then the second time, the xylophone and cymbal volume are low.
