Key Signatures With Half Flats & Etc.

I am trying to dip my toes into writing microtonally a little bit, and I had a thought to create a key signature that happened to include db and d (for essentially Bdb Major in my current case). It is possible to create that key signature, however it has no impacts on playback. Everything seems to play back as if microtonality isn't a thing.

Would it be possible in a future version to put a bit more functionality to the microtonality? It's super cool that it's as functional as it is, compared to MuseScore 3, however it is still a bit janky. And perhaps that's because it's so uncommon and perhaps impractical to write a score with various forms of microtonality, but I would love to be able to do it anyway!
