Unable to unistall previous versions of MuseScore - MuseScore 4 update fails

Installing MuseScore Studio 4 update fails. Please see attached image.

Running Windows 10.
I tried to uninstall from the control panel but no success.

I also have MuesScore 3 installed and cannot uninstall it.

Please advice
