Musescore wont even open

Can someone please help me, I tried opening a score but the audio didnt play so i just ended up closing musescore, but when I reopened it, the program wont even open up and it loads for a bit but still just nothing. If I uninstall and reinstall it will the score files be deleted from my pc? I don't want any progress being lost so someone please help me if you know about this or if you're a moderator or something.
Btw I also tried restarting my pc and running as administrator nothing worked.
