unable to change Coda Segno size since 4.41 update

When I select the coda symbol in my score and attempt to change the size in Properties/Text the symbol no longer responds. Changing the typeface here also has no effect. If I change the Musical Symbols Font in the main Style/Score menu the symbols change but I still cannot change the size. (I was able to do this until the latest two updates.)

In addition, when I select Muse Jazz as the musical symbols font I get a strange coda and segno symbol in a box. I'd just like to chose my coda/segno symbols and be able to fine tune size. Thanks for any suggestions!
