notes

i see it everytime on sheets like from ClassicMan, that out of nowhere a note from the treble clef comes down to the bass clef, like what he did in the moonlight sonata 3rd movement but when i go to properties to see if theres something with the offset thing, no it doesnt can anyone explain how did classicman do that?
