in het standaard palet staat voor elk tempo als metronoomgetal notenwaarde=80.
hoe kan ik dit aanpassen naar elk gewenst metronoomgetal?

You can add the tempo marking to the score and then amend as desired.
Alternative when you create a new score using the wizard, you can tick the option to add a tempo marking when creating the score and enter the desired tempo in that.
If you frequently use a specific marking, you can add this to the palet as a custom item.
