All scores are high pitch, 'vibrato', and the wrong key?

All instruments on all scores are high pitch, 'vibrato' and the wrong key. I tried the fix were you unplug any external audio systems and that stopped the high pitch and the 'vibrato', but the key was still wrong on all of my saved scores. Also, the external audio system was my headphones, so I cant realistically use that fix for the high pitch and 'vibrato'.
(I am putting vibrato in quotes because it is the closest way I can think of describing it, I have not put any vibrato in any of the scores. It could also be described as tremolo I think and I haven't used any of that either. This happens when playing back and when inputting the notes. I don't think my computer specs are the issue.)
